Chino Darín, born Ricardo Mario Darín on 14 January 1989 in San Nicolás de los Arroyos, Argentina, is a renowned Argentine actor and film producer. Coming from a distinguished acting family—his father is the acclaimed actor Ricardo Darín—Chino gained recognition through Argentine television hits like Los Únicos and the critically praised miniseries Historia de un clan, earning a Martín Fierro nomination. His film career includes notable performances in Death in Buenos Aires, El Ángel, and two powerful dramas represented by Latido Films: A Twelve-Year Night (La noche de los 12 años), portraying Uruguayan political prisoner Mauricio Rosencof, and Safe Passage (Pasaje de vida), exploring Argentina’s political turmoil through personal narratives.

Beyond acting, Darín has ventured into film production, co-founding Kenya Films with his father. Their notable projects include Heroic Losers and the Oscar-nominated Argentina, 1985. Since 2016, Chino has been in a relationship with Spanish actress Úrsula Corberó, known from La Casa de Papel. Recently, he starred in Netflix’s 2024 crime drama Iron Reign, further strengthening his international profile.
